I'm so glad I went out yesterday, the weather today is being really horrible.

I think I've done everything I had to do this month so I'm feeling a bit pleased with myself :) All my art trades and exchanges have been completed and turned in, I remembered to cancel a direct debit I really didn't need, sent my change of bank details to the DWP for my benefit money and I got Tony's birthday pressie delivered on time (before actually but that's much better than late!)

With us moving at some point (still don't know when) I'm not going to do the dragon exchanges this month, I think I'll wait until I'm settled into our new place, and I've also closed trades over on DA for now. Anthony has a plan for a nice computer/library/crafting room for me but, of course, that all depends on the house we get.

And a nice Vanguard-related surprise this morning, I got onto the Infineum Server Leaderboards :D I'm also ranked 11th for Work Order Success Ratio across all crafters on all servers, or 5th if you just count Outfitters. Not sure how long I can keep that up though, I have 3 other crafting characters I like to play.

I'm now up to date with CSI, well as up to date as I can be without downloading episodes via the net. Its probably a good thing I did watch Ep4 on my own, there was rather a lot of Greg-related squeeking.

Anthony accepted the offer so now we are just waiting for the paperwork to come through then he can hand his notice in at his current job. We're waiting for that before we start celebrating. We still won't be moving for a while tho which gives me loads of time to realise I have far too much stuff :D

I wanted to get some more sketched out today but my head just doesn't want to cooperate. I think I'll take some painkillers, go and lie down for a while and try again later.

And another Vanguard screenshot of Foxx, Kelsaka & Simi :) Foxx and I spent some time trying out the diplomacy missions last night which is basically a card game, it looks really complicated to begin with but its not that hard to get to grips with. Finally all those years of ccgs have paid off :D



In bunny-shaped news, Tanis went back to his usual hutch this morning so no more running around the dining room for him. The vet checked him over on friday and said he's perfectly fine physically and being off his food isn't that unusual, as long as he continued to eat his hay and drink water I shouldn't worry. But he regained his appetite over the weekend so all is good.

Tanis is staying in the house tonight as we have snow predicted. We brought in the older bunny hutch for him so he's snuggled down in there at the moment. Heh, I won't have to freeze my ears off to see him tomorrow morning :D

The keyrings arrived so I'll be getting them all ready to be posted out tomorrow. However, if it does snow a lot tonight I'm going to put off going to the post office til friday (or when it clears up). I love you guys but I'd like to stay healthy :)

My new Vanguard account is bugged, I can't log my characters into Infinium (the Euro server my group of friends have decided on). I know its not my pc as I can log in my 10-day characters fine. But its not just me with a problems, others are bugged too, the devs say they are trying to fix it. I really hope I don't lose too many of my pre-paid 30 days, I also wanted to transfer my resources over since I'll be mostly crafting. That's why I want the annoyed icon.

Looks like its going to be another busy week for me. Had to visit the nurse this morning (don't worry, was just a check-up) so I wandered around Kingswood for a bit and picked up some padded envelopes for the keyrings and some munchies (mmm crumpets....) to snack on later.

Tomorrow Tanis is going to the vets, got to drop him off at 8.40am and pick him up sometime in the afternoon. I've got my fingers crossed that the rings arrive and I can head off to the post office afterwards. I also saw some books in Smiths I like the look of, couldn't get them today because I forgot to take the money off vouchers with me. One of them is "That's not my dragon" which is a touchy-feely book for young children, so I have to get that for my nephew Jack :D

On Wednesday Anthony has his interview so I'm going over to see mum and George while he's at that. I MUST remember to take the new Argos catalogue with me! Oh mum, if you read this in time can you make a victoria sponge but cut it in half so I can give some to Anthony and Tony? Anthony rarely gets through a whole one on his own. I should have phoned this morning to ask but was being me usual forgetful self.

I played with Vanguard a bit more this morning, I don't want to advance my trial characters too far because I'll only have to go and do it all again when my copy arrives. As I got my Wood Elf shaman stuck in a building (she looked quite funny bouncing up and down trying to escape) I made a Dark Elf necromancer to try and was very surprised at the huge change in scenary and newbie quests. But it was fun trying out something completely different, I've never been a caster before so it was quite an experience. I'm really hoping my box arrives tomorrow so I can start working on the characters I'll be keeping. Anthony is still enjoying it too which is the most important thing :)

Right, got 2 more keyrings that need finishing off so I'll go make a mug of tea and sort them out.

And new computer too. We went over to PC world and explained what I needed and ended up leaving with a new basic base unit, an extra 2meg of memory and a nVidia 7600GT graphics card. Didn't bother with a monitor because there is nothing wrong with my current one so I saved a bit of money that way and it all works! So far zero crashes. Oh, and I've called it Vala :D

So now Vanguard looks gorgeous and is very playable. Crafting is complicated but I like that and with up to 8 characters per server I can try out all the crafting profs without having to buy any other accounts. I've ordered a full copy of the game from Play.com so I can have 30 days to play with before deciding whether or not I want to subscribe, at the moment I'm half way through a 10 day trial. Anthony seems to be enjoying it as well and I'd much rather play an online game if he's playing it too :)

I'm going to try to get my latest DA art trade picture outlined today so I can spend tomorrow colouring it, then I'll see if I can get another few keyring charms finished :) Tony liked his "Quack!" one and I can't wait for the rings to arrive so I can start posting the others out. I've also got my DAX chosen to draw for and Ria's pic to work on so I won't be lost for things to do this week.
