So now I have 2 msn messenger icons on my menu bar, you'd think the new one would overwrite the old.

I have the house to myself this evening, Anthony has gone out with the guys to see an early screening of 300. I wasn't really bothered about seeing it so I'm rather glad they've all gone tonight.

I thought I'd get a lot of stuff done tonight but instead I've been watching CSI and chatting on messenger. I did get 6 keyring charms to various stages of completion and 2 ACEOs finished (only scanned and posted 1 so far). I found I'd sketched some for people who don't watch me on DA so I'm putting them to one side for now, I'd much rather give gifts to my watchers first. Kinda my way of saying thanks to them.

I've been toying up the idea of making some full body keyrings too. I completely messed up the first one by accidently using the wrong marker pen for the outlining, when I applied the varnish the lines went all fuzzy. Because you can gently shape the plastic when you take it out of the oven, but you have to be quick as it cools quickly, I've also been debating seeing if I can make some little blue-green scales to turn into earings. But the keyring charms are staying top of my list, I'm usually rather useless at following through with projects but I'm determined with this one.

I really shouldn't read the DA forums though, I see people complaining that they never get more than 40 favs on a picture and I really want to poke them, most I've ever had is 8 and, of course, its not on one of my better pieces of art (in my opinion). I DON'T want sympathy faves, if I did I'd have posted this on my DA journal ;), its just one of those grh things for me. I've joined in on some of the thumbshares over there but I guess I just need to get better at drawing and colouring :)

Oh, and I'm finally using my FurAffinity account, I'm posting my ACEOs over there (if you have no idea what I'm on about go see the Wikipedia entry for them). I'm tyshadragon over there as well. I'm hoping to trade some rather than sell them all on eBay, I've made a post over on Dragons Valley about trading but as its new its still very quiet over there. It does give me chance to get some ready for trading though.

And its taken me an hour to type this, but then I have been distracted by other things, so I'm just gonna hit the post button now and be done with it :)

I'm rather pleased with myself at the moment, I've got 10 more dragon heads ready to transfer onto shrinkles and turn into keyrings :) I still have a large pile of other ones I want to do, I printed a stack of reference sheets and pictures earlier.

Looks like this obsession of mine isn't going away anytime soon ;)

I wanted to get some more sketched out today but my head just doesn't want to cooperate. I think I'll take some painkillers, go and lie down for a while and try again later.

And another Vanguard screenshot of Foxx, Kelsaka & Simi :) Foxx and I spent some time trying out the diplomacy missions last night which is basically a card game, it looks really complicated to begin with but its not that hard to get to grips with. Finally all those years of ccgs have paid off :D



In bunny-shaped news, Tanis went back to his usual hutch this morning so no more running around the dining room for him. The vet checked him over on friday and said he's perfectly fine physically and being off his food isn't that unusual, as long as he continued to eat his hay and drink water I shouldn't worry. But he regained his appetite over the weekend so all is good.

I really need an "annoyed" userpic, must add to my to-do list.

Tanis is staying in the house tonight as we have snow predicted. We brought in the older bunny hutch for him so he's snuggled down in there at the moment. Heh, I won't have to freeze my ears off to see him tomorrow morning :D

The keyrings arrived so I'll be getting them all ready to be posted out tomorrow. However, if it does snow a lot tonight I'm going to put off going to the post office til friday (or when it clears up). I love you guys but I'd like to stay healthy :)

My new Vanguard account is bugged, I can't log my characters into Infinium (the Euro server my group of friends have decided on). I know its not my pc as I can log in my 10-day characters fine. But its not just me with a problems, others are bugged too, the devs say they are trying to fix it. I really hope I don't lose too many of my pre-paid 30 days, I also wanted to transfer my resources over since I'll be mostly crafting. That's why I want the annoyed icon.

Sorry all, Hobbycraft didn't have the keyrings I needed so I've ordered some from eBay, I'll have them finished and posted as soon as they arrive. I did get another 50 sheets of shrinkles so at least I can carry on making the dragon heads for them :)

Yep, I'm getting a little carried away with these now :D Ethelshai was saying how he liked them so he gets one too :) I really must pick up the keyrings rings now and some more sheets of plastic at the weekend. I've already sketched out ones for J'Karrah and Cloakable and no doubt by tomorrow evening there will be more in my sketchbook ready to trace onto the shrinkles.
